For standard domestic deliveries (Standard Shipping) we utilise Royal Mail and their Tracked 48 service  

The shipping time for this service is estimated to be between 2 – 4 business days.

However, this timeframe is not guaranteed an could arrive sooner or later.

For priority domestic deliveries (Priority Shipping) we utilise Royal Mail and their Next Day service  

The shipping time for this service is 1 day and guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Please note that international shipping may take longer, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping Rates:

We offer free Standard Shipping on ALL orders unless specifically specified in the checkout area.

We offer Priority Shipping only on orders where the additional fee has been selected in the checkout area.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

You can track your order using the provided tracking number on the Royal Mail website.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally.

For international orders, please be aware that additional customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues:

If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact Royal Mail with your tracking information.
